Currently serving as CEO at AspDC, with a strong foundation in leadership and sales.

Ole Fredrik brings a wealth of experience in commercial and leadership roles within the IT & Tech sector, consistently demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results.

Since joining AspDC, Ole Fredrik has driven sales and negotiations for ASP Data Center

Julian has a strong foundation in property development, investments, and management, and possesses an extensive network

Julian is well-recognized in the real estate market and has been a key driver of the significant growth in recent years

Julian is responsible for building strong strategic relationships with our delivery partners as part of ASP Data Center

Currently COO of ASP Data Center, responsible for the daily operations of the data centers in the portfolio.

Kristian has experience from companies such as Equinor, Sopra Steria, Bouvet, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ASCO, and Green Horizon Data Center.

Kristian is also involved in sales and negotiations with customers, as well as managing ASP Data Center partners

Currently the CLO of Asp Eiendom and Asp Data Center joining from a Tier one Scandinavian Law firm.

Magne has extensive experience within property development, real estate transactions, and governmental regulations.

Magne is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. Asp Eiendoms preferred legal adviser prior to joining

Currently the CFO of ASP Eiendom and ASP Data Center, with a background in finance and economics.

She has an MBA in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Has held several key roles in reputable companies such as NOHA Norway, Nordea, and Deloitte

Currently CDO, responsible for search and selection, assessing all new sites and in charge of project maturity assessments.

Kim is heavily experienced in area development and zoning area processes.

With broad experience in building large scale projects, sales, business development and finances.

With his varied background from family office at Aton. Business development at SV Betong and management at NMS Eiendommer and more, he brings great knowledge from a wide span from finances to urban development projects.

Tore has a solid background from the IT industry in Stavanger and has worked on projects within IT, Energy and Real Estate. With experience as both advisor and project manager, Tore turns ideas into successful projects.

At ASP Data Center, Tore focuses on delivering reliable solutions and ensuring smooth operations while driving continuous improvement.

Currently Administration Manager at Asp Eiendom and Asp Data Center, with background in real estate and HR. Maria is responsible for our office, recruiting and coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders.

Arild brings over 30 years of experience as a Technical Manager, HSEQ Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager.

His extensive background covers advanced technical production, energy management, industrial safety, ISO certification, and project management.

He holds multiple craft certificates, a technical vocational education, a Celerant Consulting Black Degree, a Bachelor’s in HSEQ from Bergen University, and is CBNR certified.
