Asp Data Center signs 6 MW agreement at K11 as backlog nears NOK 2 billion

Asp Data Center AS has signed a definitive agreement with a leading international company to deliver 6 MW of IT capacity at our K11 data center in Stavanger, Norway. Delivery is scheduled to begin in Q3 2027.

The agreement is an important milestone for the company and lifts our contracted revenue backlog to close to NOK 2 billion.

"This one matters to us. It reflects that the demand we're seeing for high-quality, sustainable data center capacity is real, and it gives us weight behind the work of developing the company and expanding ourportfolio," says Ole Fredrik Bergseth, CEO of Asp Data Center.

The agreement further strengthens K11's position as a modern and energy-efficient data center and reflects the growing demand from international customers seeking scalable capacity in the Nordic region.

Asp Data Center is currently progressing several development projects and commercial opportunities across our portfolio. Together they form a solid foundation for continued growth in the Nordics and, over time, elsewhere in Europe.
