New customer agreement signed

Asp DC has entered into a new lease agreement with an AI enterprise customer for 3 MW of IT capacity at one of our data center facilities in Norway.

This agreement strengthens our position as a key provider of modern and sustainable data center capacity to the rapidly expanding AI sector, supporting the company’s goal of driving profitable and long-term growth in a market characterized by strong demand.

With a portfolio of five sites across Norway and Finland, we now offer: 

- 30 MW of installed IT capacity

- 150 MW of secured IT capacity

- 520 MW of available IT capacity

With 8 MW of IT capacity contracted with neocloud and AI enterprise customers and multiple ongoing dialogues for the development of the rest of the pipeline capacity, we make further progress in the execution of the company’s growth strategy and the continued commercialization of our data center platform.
